Ginjame is a creator platform where fans can pledge financial support to their favorite creators in exchange for access to exclusive content. Similar to Patreon, the goal was to empower creators to monetize their work while fostering stronger fan communities.
Creators struggle to monetize content without relying on ads, while fans want more authentic connections. The platform had to make pledging easy, transparent, and rewarding — while also giving creators flexible content management tools.

Process:
Researched existing creator platforms (Patreon, Ko-fi, OnlyFans) to identify gaps.
Conducted user interviews with both creators and fans.
Defined dual user flows: Creator dashboard vs. Fan pledge experience.
Designed a tier-based pledge system with clear benefits for fans.
Focused on a community feel with engagement tools like fan comments and exclusive posts.

Solution
Fan-friendly onboarding: fans see exactly what they’re pledging for.
Creator dashboard: tools to upload content, manage tiers, track pledges.
Secure payment system with recurring subscription support.
Community hub where fans interact with creators beyond transactions.
Impact
During prototype testing, 80% of fans felt more connected to creators through the tiered system. Creators valued the control over pricing tiers and engagement features.
